Why You'll Appreciate This Position We're searching for an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager who embodies adaptability, enthusiasm, and strategic thinking. Note: This is a remote position requiring local territory residency. Team Membership Responsibilities: - Develop strategic business plans exceeding sales objectives - Manage comprehensive sales ecosystem from lead generation to closure - Facilitate customer understanding of Cribl's unique value proposition - Communicate effectively across organizational hierarchies - Deliver consistent, predictable sales forecasting - Potentially perform duties across multiple time zones Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - 4+ years enterprise security sales experience targeting security and IT leadership - Experience with early-stage startup environments - Proven track record landing 5+ new client logos annually - Demonstrated complex sales process management - Channel sales experience - Capability to generate demand for un-budgeted solutions - Familiarity with MEDDIC methodology Compensation includes competitive salary based on geographic location, with additional benefits encompassing health insurance, paid time off, fertility treatment support, 401(k), and equity.
