About the Role

CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts to join our team in the Netherlands. This remote role is responsible for directly selling our enterprise security software solutions and driving incremental revenue by acquiring new customers, primarily through flexible and scalable licensing models. You will plan, prospect, qualify, and close revenue within assigned new business accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping CrowdStrike's solutions to core customer business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated product adoption, and the eventual transition of accounts to expansion-focused teams.
  • Document all customer contact and activity data within CRM software in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, deliver regular quarterly revenue, and implement agreed account and business plans.
  • Promote CrowdStrike's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders on product, systems, and processes.
  • Sell-to and interact with executive-level decision makers, up to C-level.
  • Manage assigned accounts that are larger and of the most complex nature, carrying a higher quota.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expert-level experience resolving complex issues creatively using professional concepts and company objectives.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
  • A complete, 'big-picture' understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • A driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account sets and compels others to get on board.
  • Expertise in consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, software business value concepts, and the company's products.

Nice to Have

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.

Team & Environment

Effectively collaborates with other teams, including Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external parties such as Alliance and Channel Partners.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position based in the Netherlands (NLD). Work is primarily performed in the field away from any home office or company office location.
