ForceMetrics is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (MIAMI)

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager in Miami will play a key role in expanding ForceMetrics' presence in the public safety sector. You will drive sales of our data-driven platform to law enforcement agencies, working closely with leadership to shape strategy and deliver transformative solutions that improve community and police engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Sell ForceMetrics' product to transform how police departments and community services engage each other
  • Work closely with ForceMetrics leadership to set and drive go-to-market strategy
  • Establish sales goals and foster customer relationships
  • Develop and implement processes to successfully bring ForceMetrics to a wide audience
  • Collaborate and orchestrate with ForceMetrics leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing ForceMetrics’ presence in public safety agencies nationwide
  • Include deployment strategy, marketing, legal, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful deal closure
  • Take ownership of the law enforcement sector in assigned territory
  • Capitalize on opportunities in the assigned area
  • Identify and cultivate sales opportunities to surpass individual sales quotas
  • Contribute significantly to the overall growth of the business
  • Develop deep familiarity with the ForceMetrics platform and its unique use cases and advantages
  • Present and demonstrate product advantages, features, functions & benefits to law enforcement agencies in a highly differentiated way
  • Articulate solution value to diverse stakeholders
  • Represent ForceMetrics at industry events/conferences
  • Build strong relationships with law enforcement agencies by immersing in their challenges, needs, and technology roadmaps
  • Articulate the value proposition to diverse stakeholders, from frontline officers to high-ranking officials
  • Develop and streamline internal sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to customer acquisition
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with departments, city leaders, and government officials
  • Serve as the key point of contact between ForceMetrics and respective institutions
  • Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Build multiple routes to revenue
  • Develop creative strategies in partnership with leadership to determine goals and targets
  • Work with internal & external advisors and law enforcement veterans
  • Craft tailored solutions to meet customers’ needs

What We're Looking For

  • Be a U.S. Citizen
  • Currently live in the U.S.
  • Pass an FBI background check
  • Willing to take a drug test

Team & Environment

You will be an early member of our team, collaborating directly with ForceMetrics leadership and internal teams, and reporting to ForceMetrics leadership.     This is a local position based in Miami. Candidates must be located in the city and able to work on-site as needed.
