As Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will assume responsibility for all sales activities in your region. You will develop regional sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, partners, and decision-makers, and directly contribute to the sustainable growth of our partner company. You will be the central point of contact for your region and actively shape local market presence.
Tasks:
- Independent acquisition and completion of multi-story construction projects (Ø 50 residential units)
- Analysis of regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, partners, and C-level decision-makers
- Development and implementation of regional sales strategies in coordination with management
- Representing the company at regional industry events and trade fairs
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the real estate sector
- Proven sales success and existing network in the construction & real estate industry
- Understanding of regional market structures and ability to transform insights into strategies
Benefits:
