- Act as a bridge between teams to ensure technical delivery meets our high standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of technical initiatives.
- Track progress, manage critical path dependencies, and help drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Leverage AI and automation tooling to improve work planning, analyze program risks, and identify efficiencies in how we deliver on business commitments.
- Communicate effectively across all levels.
- Assist in translating high-level business goals into structured roadmaps and help 'grok' complex data into clear status reports, narratives, and presentations.
- Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose automated or streamlined solutions to enhance team productivity.
