Responsibilities
- Manage the Fitprime brand to protect existing revenue streams and scale turnover derived from the Welfare channel.
- Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with Welfare Providers, insurance intermediaries, and local associations (e.g., Aon, Assolombarda).
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team including Sales profiles, Finance functions (accounts receivable/payable and integrated systems like TeamSystem/Pyro) and Customer Success/Operations to ensure excellent service for clients and partners.
Requirements
- A solid background in the Welfare and Flexible Benefits sector. Deep knowledge of the dynamics between companies, employees, and welfare platforms is mandatory.
- Proven ability to handle complex negotiations with C-Level executives and external partners, using a 'win-win-win' approach to create value across the entire ecosystem.
- Excellent process management skills, focusing on reducing operational workload through automation and system integration.
