Precision for Medicine is hiring an Associate Compensation & Benefits Director

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and employee benefits strategies. The position ensures competitive, equitable, and cost-effective programs while supporting organizational growth and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies
  • Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure pay equity and compliance with local and international regulations
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity planning
  • Analyze market data to maintain competitive positioning
  • Partner with HR and leadership on job leveling and salary structures
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines
  • Support M&A activities with compensation integration planning
  • Lead benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs
  • Evaluate benefits utilization and cost trends to optimize offerings
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
  • Manage vendor relationships for benefits administration and payroll integration
  • Oversee global benefits enrollment and annual renewal processes
  • Provide guidance on executive compensation and incentive plans
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to address employee inquiries
  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership review
  • Support audits and regulatory filings related to compensation and benefits
  • Lead change management during benefits transitions or system implementations
  • Promote employee engagement through total rewards communications
  • Ensure data privacy and security in compensation and benefits systems
  • Manage third-party consultants and actuarial services
  • Align programs with organizational culture and talent objectives
  • Monitor legislative changes impacting global benefits
  • Support workforce planning with compensation modeling
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes
