About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and employee benefits strategies. The position ensures competitive, equitable, and cost-effective programs while supporting organizational growth and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies
- Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs
- Ensure pay equity and compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity planning
- Analyze market data to maintain competitive positioning
- Partner with HR and leadership on job leveling and salary structures
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines
- Support M&A activities with compensation integration planning
- Lead benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs
- Evaluate benefits utilization and cost trends to optimize offerings
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits administration and payroll integration
- Oversee global benefits enrollment and annual renewal processes
- Provide guidance on executive compensation and incentive plans
- Collaborate with HR business partners to address employee inquiries
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership review
- Support audits and regulatory filings related to compensation and benefits
- Lead change management during benefits transitions or system implementations
- Promote employee engagement through total rewards communications
- Ensure data privacy and security in compensation and benefits systems
- Manage third-party consultants and actuarial services
- Align programs with organizational culture and talent objectives
- Monitor legislative changes impacting global benefits
- Support workforce planning with compensation modeling
- Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes
