About the Role
This position will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the sales organization, guiding talent strategy, culture development, and change management across diverse, high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales executives to define workforce planning and talent needs
- Lead organizational design initiatives during periods of transformation
- Advise on performance management and employee development strategies
- Support leadership transitions and succession planning efforts
- Drive initiatives that strengthen team engagement and inclusion
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deploy programs at scale
- Identify trends in people data to inform business decisions
- Guide managers through complex employee relations situations
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and coaching
- Ensure HR policies are applied consistently across regions
- Support onboarding and integration of new sales teams
- Lead change management during mergers, acquisitions, or restructures
- Evaluate effectiveness of talent programs and recommend improvements
- Foster leadership development across sales management ranks
- Align HR strategy with regional business objectives
- Manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Translate business challenges into people solutions
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws in global markets
- Champion diversity and inclusion within sales teams
- Build strong relationships with key business partners
