Nightingale College is hiring a Travel Nurse Clinical Instructor (Western Region)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction to nursing students
• Evaluate student performance in clinical settings
• Develop and implement clinical education plans
• Collaborate with clinical preceptors and faculty
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
• Ensure compliance with clinical education standards
• Provide feedback and support to students
• Coordinate clinical placements and schedules
• Participate in program evaluation and improvement
• Attend and contribute to faculty meetings and workshops
• Stay current with nursing education trends and best practices
• Travel to various clinical sites within the Western region
• Adhere to all clinical and educational policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and clinical staff
• Document and report any issues or concerns related to clinical education
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support the development of students' clinical skills and competencies
• Ensure that clinical education meets the needs of diverse student populations

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience with online or hybrid clinical education
• Familiarity with clinical simulation and technology
• Experience with clinical education in rural or underserved areas
• Knowledge of current healthcare policies and regulations
