In this role, you’ll drive growth by developing and executing partnership strategies with global and local systems integrators, consulting firms, technology alliances, and resellers. Your focus will be on elevating key partners to strategic status, expanding their capabilities, and ensuring alignment with regional and local sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic and emerging partners, guiding their development in enterprise automation practices, certified talent, solution offerings, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Act as the internal advocate for partners, representing their needs across sales, pre-sales, customer success, consulting, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with in-country sales leadership and regional partner teams to align go-to-market plans, identify pipeline opportunities, and close gaps in execution.
- Drive joint sales engagement by connecting partners with internal stakeholders, including value engineering and professional services, to expand customer deployments.
- Support partner marketing strategies, ensuring investments align with business goals and generate measurable results.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale partner-led revenue, influence executive decision-making at partner organizations, and strengthen customer renewal and expansion outcomes.
- Contribute to regional leadership efforts by leading special projects that enhance partner performance beyond your direct portfolio.
What You Bring
- At least 10 years of experience in partner or sales management within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Proven success in building and managing high-impact partner relationships in Indonesia or similar markets.
- Strong experience developing partner practices, executing marketing plans, and scaling certified resources.
- Ability to influence senior executives and cross-company teams while thriving in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, with the capacity to distill complex concepts clearly.
- A self-driven mindset, resilience in ambiguity, and a passion for growing new technology markets through collaboration.
