Responsibilities

  • Supervise ancillary personnel such as maintenance supervisor, maintenance assistants, laundry, and housekeeping personnel.
  • Be responsible for the supervision of the operation and maintenance of multiple buildings and structures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Management or supervisor experience
  • Ability to organize, problem-solve, and to direct and motivate staff
  • Plumbing, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and wood finishing skills
  • Knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements
  • Valid California driver’s license
