Responsibilities
- Supervise ancillary personnel such as maintenance supervisor, maintenance assistants, laundry, and housekeeping personnel.
- Be responsible for the supervision of the operation and maintenance of multiple buildings and structures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Management or supervisor experience
- Ability to organize, problem-solve, and to direct and motivate staff
- Plumbing, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and wood finishing skills
- Knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements
- Valid California driver’s license
