About the Role

Hach, a Veralto company, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Industrial to be the primary driver for growth with our strategic industrial accounts. You will be vital to delivering customer value and building relationships within the water management community, ensuring water quality for people around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Develop monthly sales territory and account plans to achieve assigned targets.
  • Execute sales activities and document them in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Prepare and present monthly funnel reviews using SFDC to demonstrate activity and account command.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms and accounts that influence customer buying decisions.
  • Build a network of customer and industry contacts to position Hach as a key member of the water management community.
  • Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, product demonstrations, trade shows, and channel management.
  • Act as a mentor for the growth and development of other Regional Sales Managers.
  • Provide key field input for corporate programs like market research and equipment beta testing.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience in analytical instrumentation.
  • Hands-on experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce.com.
  • A BA or BS degree is required.
  • Ability to travel 60% or more within an assigned territory.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Hach Company.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the Water Industry, or in Agriculture, Food Manufacturing, or Power Plants.
  • A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or Engineering.

Team & Environment

You will report to a Senior Division Sales Manager and work within a network of professionals including Senior Leadership, Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Technical Support, Project Sales, Bids Team, and Technical Applications.

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year.

Work Mode
