CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare to drive growth within the healthcare sector by taking our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients across the Western region. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business while expanding revenue with existing customers. This remote role requires up to 50% travel.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
- Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts within your territory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, typically at the CIO and CSO level, to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Collaborate with peers across functions including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development.
- Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
- Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of solution selling experience, with significant experience selling software or infrastructure security products to mid-market enterprises.
- Previous experience selling into enterprise-sized healthcare customers.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems systematically.
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies and their competitive landscape.
- Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives.
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products solve business problems and the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- The self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to work remotely and travel on short notice up to 50% of the time.
- The drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company.
