Internet Brands is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales to lead a sales team in developing new business and growing existing customers. You will be accountable for achieving revenue goals through strategic territory development and accurate forecasting.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit and exceed the region’s assigned quota, both monthly and annually.
- Grow the region’s territory value through new sales and efforts to retain existing business.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting accuracy.
- Handle day-to-day team management responsibilities with a positive impact on employee development and engagement.
- Coach and mentor the team to sell value versus price.
- Work from account and territory plans to ensure the team meets the strategic plan.
- Support the use of key technology and company-wide initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B experience selling to professionals in a direct field-based sales environment.
- Prior sales leadership experience managing a sales team both remote and in-person.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota in a high-activity position.
- Ability to work from home and travel to customer locations.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and other automation tools.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Legal Industry.
