CrowdStrike is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts to own the growth and retention of our enterprise customers in Turkey, based remotely from the UAE. This role is critical for driving incremental revenue within existing accounts by expanding product adoption, securing renewals, and ensuring customer success. You will develop comprehensive account plans and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value aligned with customer business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping CrowdStrike's solutions to customer business requirements.
- Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying risks and engaging stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders post-sale for seamless customer hand-off and to ensure product adoption and expansion.
- Accountable for accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion quota attainment, and product adoption.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/marketing software.
- Promote CrowdStrike's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.
- Sell-to and interact with executive-level customer decision makers, up to CXO levels.

- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Complete, 'big-picture' understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership and compels others to get on board.
- Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.

Work Mode
This is a remote role. Work is primarily performed in the field away from home office or company office location. The position is open to candidates based in Turkey, while working remotely from the UAE.
