CrowdStrike is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts to own the growth and retention of our customer base in the UAE. This remote role directly sells enterprise security solutions across our product suite, driving incremental revenue via product expansion, usage adoption, and renewals. You will be the primary point of accountability for the company's relationship with existing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping CrowdStrike's solutions to customer business requirements.
- Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying risks and engaging stakeholders to resolve barriers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders post-sale for seamless hand-off, product adoption, expansion, and drawdown on flexible purchasing models.
- Account for accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion quota attainment, and product adoption breadth.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Promote CrowdStrike's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize customer success stories.
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.
- Perform work primarily in the field away from a home or company office.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Expert-level experience using professional concepts to resolve complex issues creatively.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills at all customer levels.
- Complete understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership and compels others to get on board.
- Adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software.
- Expert-level knowledge of selling CrowdStrike's products and services.
- Experience with larger, complex accounts and routine interaction with executive-level customer decision makers.
