About the Role

CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts to drive incremental revenue and strengthen relationships within our established customer base in Brazil. In this remote role, you will own the growth and retention of assigned accounts post-sale, focusing on product expansion, usage adoption, and renewals.

What You'll Do

  • Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping CrowdStrike’s solutions to customer business requirements.
  • Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying risks and engaging stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders post-sale for seamless customer hand-off and to ensure product adoption and expansion.
  • Be accountable for accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion quota attainment, and product adoption breadth.
  • Maintain timely documentation within CRM/Marketing software of all customer contact and activity data.
  • Promote CrowdStrike’s products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Expert-level experience using professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative ways.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, and business objectives.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • Proven as a driven, self-starter who exudes leadership and compels others to get on board.
  • Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
  • Full functional knowledge of sales methodologies, the sales lifecycle of security software, and software business value concepts.

Nice to Have

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

Team & Environment

Drives effective collaboration with other teams, including new business Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external parties such as Alliance and Channel Partners.
