CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise (Remote)

About the Role

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Mid Enterprise to drive new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. In this remote role, you will position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice and be accountable for meeting and exceeding your individual sales quota.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with internal resources to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota.
  • Identify new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships up to executive levels within your assigned portfolio.
  • Network within client organizations and influence key decision makers, typically at C-level.
  • Act as the CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts.
  • Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities.
  • Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to FTSE 250 companies.
  • Ability to network at multiple levels within an account up to C-Level.
  • Strong Security Technology knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions.
  • Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of success in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level.
  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, leadership, and accountability.

Nice to Have

  • A sales track record in the IT security industry.
  • Familiarity with formal sales training methodologies like MEDDPICC, Miller-Hieman, or TAS.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
