Role Impact As a Regional Sales Manager supporting Central Ontario (GTA), you will engage with diverse, innovative professionals by: - Guiding, developing, and mentoring medical sales teams to cultivate skills and drive exceptional performance - Synchronizing field sales initiatives with marketing strategies for effective customer engagement - Managing budgetary allocations, territorial distributions, and financial performance - Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, clinical, and distribution teams - Demonstrating willingness to engage in field operations 40%-50% of the time Company Vehicle Requirements Position necessitates company vehicle usage, requiring pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history assessments. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or higher with three years sales experience, preferably in medical sales OR - High School Diploma/GED with minimum six years medical sales experience AND - Valid Driver's License - Minimum one year leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: - Medical industry sales background - Superior interpersonal communication skills - Customer-focused consultative approach - Strong business comprehension of healthcare sales processes - CRM systems proficiency Work Details: - Remote position within Greater Toronto Area - Up to 15% domestic travel - No relocation assistance - Must possess legal work authorization Comprehensive Benefits Solventum offers competitive compensation and wellness programs, regularly benchmarking industry standards.
