Contrast Security is hiring a Regional Sales Manager

About the Role

Contrast Security is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own a territory, drive new business with Fortune 2000 enterprise customers, and expand relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals for our application security software, while delivering a standout customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, develop, and close new Fortune 2000 enterprise customers for Contrast’s application security software products in a defined territory.
  • Upsell new products and services to the existing customer base.
  • Attain quarterly and annual goals and quota targets.
  • Articulate the Contrast Security vision through product demonstrations, events, and targeted initiatives.
  • Qualify opportunities and allocate time and resources effectively.
  • Manage large-scale enterprise prospect and customer evaluations, proof of concepts, and RFPs.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Manage sales activities and updates, and create accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com.
  • Solve complex business problems for our customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with extended team members.
  • Ensure a positive prospect and customer experience and drive customer success.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of field sales experience, or an equivalent quota-carrying role, in the software/technology sector.
  • Proven experience managing and closing new business within the Fortune 2000.
  • A track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of the company) in past positions.
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and other sales platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%+.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cyber-security or DevOps.
  • A BS/BA degree.
  • Sandler Selling certification.
