Popmenu is hiring a Regional Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in the Chicago, IL market. You will be responsible for building and coaching a sales team, owning monthly revenue targets, and driving strategic growth within the restaurant industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop elite sales talent for the Chicago market.
- Coach representatives to be great for themselves, their customers, and the team.
- Drive urgency, accountability, and disciplined pipeline management daily.
- Lead from the front by co-selling with representatives and staying close to deals.
- Build a team culture where high standards and high energy coexist.
- Own monthly targets and exceed them.
- Maintain tight forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Jump into deals strategically to accelerate and close them.
- Identify friction in the sales process and remove it quickly.
- Create an environment where representatives compete hard, win together, and continuously improve.
- Level up consistently through coaching, industry knowledge, and peer learning.
- Become a genuine expert in Popmenu's product and the restaurant industry.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reports to executive leadership.
- Surface market intelligence directly to Product and Leadership.
- Find new growth pockets in Chicago's dense, ever-evolving restaurant scene.
