Zillow Group is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business for our New Construction division. You will be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and managing client relationships in a fast-paced, remote sales environment, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas.
What You'll Do
- Drive the new business sales cycle from identifying potential clients to negotiating and closing deals.
- Prospect new accounts through methods including cold calling (50 – 80 dials/day).
- Facilitate positive client experiences through deep expertise of our systems and processes.
- Effectively navigate builder organizations to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Handle prospect inquiries with top-level professionalism and skill.
- Meet and exceed your assigned monthly sales quota.
- Localize knowledge of real estate trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies for your assigned market.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for prospecting, logging activity, managing your calendar, and tracking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in an inside sales, metric-driven environment.
- Outstanding people skills and strong in-person, written, and oral communication abilities.
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing.
- A track record of achieving measurable goals.
- Ability to create targeted, customized proposals for clients.
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with an ability to support and motivate others.
- Ability to travel for in-market meetings, events, and networking.
- Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated sales integrity, conducting business with honesty and transparency.
- Proficiency in adhering to SOPs and collaborating efficiently with partner teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the internet.
- A B.S. or B.A. degree.
Nice to Have
- Industry background to proactively identify builder challenges, understand objections, uncover marketing goals, and present tailored solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
