Surgimate is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to generate and expand new business with leading surgical practices across the country. In this role, you will develop impactful client relationships and use a consultative selling approach to meet sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's success.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle including strategic lead generation, qualification, assessment, demo, consultation, negotiation, and close.
- Utilize a consultative, process-driven approach to maintain deal momentum and create genuine client commitment to change.
- Present Surgimate's product(s) and value proposition to prospective clients, both virtually and onsite.
- Proactively identify practice needs and pain points through workflow and KPI analysis.
- Cultivate relationships and build trust with stakeholders including C-Suite, medical providers, and a wide range of clinical and administrative staff.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and SDR team to ideate and execute lead generation strategies, including self-driven prospecting.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and predictability with accurate forecasts and detailed communications in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Regularly travel to onsite activities including prospect/client visits, industry conferences, and team meetups.
- Develop a deep understanding of the surgical space, including overall trends and challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Confident seller with executive communication presence and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
- A knack for storytelling with data/ROI, breaking down processes, and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, including with organization C-Suites.
- Positive, self-driven, and resilient attitude to contribute to the team and culture.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling enterprise software to US surgical practices (orthopedic, ophthalmology, ENT, urology).
- Experience selling Electronic Health Record systems, Practice Management Systems, or Revenue Cycle Management Systems.
