Workday is hiring a Regional Sales Director - LE Customer Base - Healthcare

About the Role

Workday is looking for a Regional Sales Director focused on our Large Enterprise (LE) customer base in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will apply your extensive sales and leadership experience to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives selling Workday's solutions. You will be a key leader focused on driving new business and positioning Workday as the preferred cloud partner over legacy ERP systems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives selling Workday's Solutions.
  • Focus on driving new business for Workday.
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles by leading internal teams including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner and alternative to legacy ERP solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of field sales management experience at a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition.
  • An additional 10+ years of experience as a field sales representative.
  • Experience selling cloud, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue and quota attainment.
  • Experience as a leader in a team selling environment.
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare industry.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions.
  • Proven experience coordinating different business units to maximize sales.
  • Experience maintaining accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

You will lead a team of Senior Account Executives.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $174,000 USD - $261,000 USD
  • Equity: Annual refresh stock grants.

Work Mode

This role operates on a hybrid schedule and is based in Frisco, Texas, USA.
