Protective is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives and growth strategy. This full-time, remote role is pivotal to expanding our market presence and driving revenue.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory remotely.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
