Regal Rexnord is hiring a Regional Sales Account Manager to drive growth for our Conveyance product line. In this field-based role, you will build customer preference, expand product specifications, and solve application challenges across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana by partnering with end users, distributors, and OEMs.
What You'll Do
- Grow sales and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets by selling Regal Rexnord’s conveyance plastic and metal conveying chains/modular belts and connected components.
- Serve as a customer advocate, acting as the liaison between customers and Regal Rexnord Sales and Product Management.
- Educate, train, and present the features, benefits, and ROI of Regal Rexnord products and services to all customer types.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy—identify and cultivate new accounts including OEMs, end users, and integrators.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales to drive regional growth.
- Apply technical product knowledge to deliver value-based solutions focused on performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
- Participate in trade shows, distributor open houses, and customer events as needed to support brand visibility and demand generation.
- Research and understand regional market share, competitive activity, and product visibility to support customer education and competitive positioning.
- Build and strengthen distributor relationships to increase sales, expand product penetration, and reinforce channel engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in outside sales
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
Nice to Have
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in industrial automation
- Reside within AR, OK, TX, or LA; central location preferred

Team & Environment
This role reports to the Regional Sales Director, Conveyance and collaborates closely with Strategic Account Managers, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales teams.
