Abbott Laboratories is hiring a Regional Manager for its Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) based in Ust-Kamegorsk or Pavlodar, Kazakhstan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all commercial activities, managing personnel, and driving business growth within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Manage personnel and organize the work of the field force in your assigned territory.
- Control and support the daily work of sales representatives.
- Maintain effective relationships between the company, healthcare sector representatives, and pharmacy chains.
- Conduct regular market monitoring and maintain detailed records of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and organize promotional activities, including conferences, round tables, and special projects.
What We're Looking For
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education.
- 2+ years of work experience as a regional manager.
- Fluency in Russian.
- Knowledge of the specific business and healthcare environment of the region.
- Strong ability to organize and plan time effectively.
- Proven experience in personnel management.
- Personal integrity, leadership qualities, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility.
