Airspace is looking for a Regional Manager - Dedicated Driver to manage a network of dedicated drivers, ensuring customer needs are met and owning the execution of tactical initiatives to deliver top-quality service. You will play a key role in sustaining our commitment to impactful and transparent operations.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain healthy driver bases across assigned geographies and customers
- Develop strong driver and customer relationships through daily interactions and regular onsite visits
- Provide direct support to drivers on tactical problems that arise
- Proactively partner with the Revenue team to action driver feedback and develop resolution plans
- Drive quality and support initiatives
- Conduct market performance reviews
- Develop and manage a performance management program, including continuous improvement plans
- Manage driver rate establishment, billing, and payment execution
- Govern work through formal documentation and identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Partner with your manager to identify process gaps and take direction to close them swiftly
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics operations
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide 50%-60% of the time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with drivers and customers
- Detail-oriented and excels at active listening
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive positive service outcomes
- Action-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an environment requiring rigorous process adherence
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Solution mindset with a demonstrated ability to own problems and drive real-time solutions
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $75,000
- Bonus Target: 15% (split 50/50 individual/company performance)
