ZOLL Medical Corporation is hiring a Regional Manager for the Cincinnati/Indianapolis region. You will be responsible for the direct management of ZOLL CMS Territory Managers and Sales Associates, driving sales programs and building key account relationships to consistently meet or exceed regional performance objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage medical equipment sales activities for your assigned region.
- Engage with key accounts and build relationships throughout the region.
- Consistently meet or exceed region performance objectives for order counts, booked revenue, and profit.
- Maintain a positive attitude while controlling discounts and expenses to contribute to profitability.
- Hire, educate, retain, and promote talented sales professionals.
- Foster a team environment, leading by example to motivate and inspire your team.
- Communicate, implement, and monitor the ZOLL CMS Strategic Plan.
- Develop Territory Managers through coaching and positive reinforcement.
- Spend an average of four days per week working in the field with your Territory Managers.
- Manage and assess Territory Managers' adherence to regional expectations.
- Become a company expert and resource on both ZOLL and the competitive landscape.
- Represent ZOLL in a professional and ethical manner.
- Communicate openly and share information with others.
- Analyze and report on trends observed within your region.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- At least three (3) years of field sales experience with a client focus within cardiology, medical device, and/or pharma industries.
- A valid driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Five or more years of experience in medical equipment sales management, preferably in cardiology.
- Demonstrated business acumen within the medical industry.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the North American Sales management team and will directly supervise Territory Managers.

- Base salary of $150,000.00.
