Riverstone is looking for a Regional Manager to lead and develop Property Managers and their teams across 11 properties in Wisconsin and Minnesota. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence by driving strategic planning, maintaining high standards for customer service and safety, and achieving key financial and occupancy targets. You'll be a key leader invested in enriching the lives of residents and team members.
What You'll Do
- Lead Property Managers and their teams to meet customer service, budget, and safety expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and local municipalities to build and maintain relationships.
- Drive to achieve a critical number expectation of 100% occupancy rate at all properties.
- Maintain 95% staffing levels with high-performing "A Players" across all parks.
- Maintain profitability at all locations by working to a P&L and developing an "owner" mindset.
- Uphold and enhance Riverstone’s reputation within the mobile home property management industry.
- Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours, including 24/7 emergency response.
- Set high performance standards for yourself and your team, managing to clear expectations.
- Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on all commitments and issues.
- Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements, exceeding all Fair Housing guidelines.
- Be fully invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific properties you support.
What We're Looking For
- Must be located in Minnesota or Wisconsin or willing to relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin for this position.
