LILT is hiring a Regional Director to lead and inspire a team of 5-7 sales professionals to drive regional growth, pipeline generation, and quota attainment. You will manage deals and forecasts with high accuracy while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Manage your team to attainment on pipeline, bookings, and revenue quotas.
- Manage and forecast deals for your region with a high degree of accuracy.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to provide guidance, support, and actionable feedback.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and quota attainment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
- Drive pipeline generation initiatives, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track, measure, and report team and individual performance.
- Ensure sales processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with organizational best practices.
- Prepare and present regular updates on regional performance to senior management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer success, and product.
- Work cross functionally with our success team to drive revenue expansion and overall customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling in the translation & localization industry.
- Experience in software sales.
- 5+ years as a successful individual contributor (IC).
- 5+ years managing a team.
- Specific experience in Enterprise sales management.
- Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and contract teams, senior management and/or C-level executives.
- Proven ability to influence & drive cross-departmental strategy and collaboration during deal cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excels leading directly as well as influencing cross functional teams.
- Process and solution oriented with a customer mindset and ability to challenge the status quo.
Nice to Have
- BA or BS degree (preferred) or higher from an accredited university.
- Experience in AI and usage based business.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of 5-7 sales professionals. The role is part of the global Revenue Team, which spans BDR, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams. You’ll join a team made up of some of the brightest, fun and hard working peers in a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
