Radformation is hiring a Regional Account Manager for its QuickCode product line. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our footprint within key accounts, ensuring our oncology workflow automation tools deliver significant clinical value.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive the adoption of QuickCode solutions.
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Identify expansion opportunities and manage the sales cycle within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a field sales or account management role within healthcare technology, preferably medical devices or clinical software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term customer partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the radiation oncology or medical physics market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote territory effectively.
