LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a Regional Account Manager to join our regional sales team. In this key remote role focused on the West Region, you will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts, protecting current revenue while growing it through new account acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed annual revenue objectives.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels.
- Act as a liaison between sales support and customers to provide superior service and solutions.
- Develop and implement account plans to identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential, manage account teams, and outline activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Understand the value of our Risk products, pricing, and competitive offerings, and articulate benefits meaningfully to customers.
- Demonstrate understanding of LexisNexis Risk pricing, administrative procedures, and organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience with large complex personal lines insurance companies.
- Insurance industry experience in a P&L or quota-carrying role in sales, field underwriting, product, or as a territory sales manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a team selling environment focused on client benefit and overall success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at the decision-making level.
- Skilled at strategic networking.
- This position requires travel, which can include overnight travel, as much as 40%.
- Must live in territory, with Washington, Colorado or Arizona preferred.
Nice to Have
- MBA a plus.
- Experience in account management or business development, specifically in SaaS or data solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding target.
