Bullhorn is hiring a Regional Account Manager

About the Role

Bullhorn is looking for a Regional Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of our most valued healthcare customers. Reporting to the Sales Director (Healthcare), you will use relationship building and consultative selling skills to establish C-Level relationships and identify client goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize client retention, contract upgrades, and the sales of Bullhorn products and services.
  • Establish and build C-Level relationships within designated clients.
  • Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned clients.
  • Develop and execute on account plans and sales campaigns for specific assigned clients.
  • Work cross-functionally within Bullhorn to define and drive execution of action plans to improve and/or optimize the use of Bullhorn products and services.
  • Maintain current and accurate account and contact information for all contacted accounts.
  • Complete ad hoc sales operations tasks as requested.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of SaaS sales or Recruitment Industry experience.
  • A proven track record of sales success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Passion for building strong business relationships.
  • Strong consultative and solution selling skills.
  • Motivation to work in complex sales, with multiple decision makers and stakeholders, and longer sales cycles.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary: $85,000 - $95,000
