At Penguin Random House, our Relias division is looking for a Regional Account Executive, SMB (Ambulatory). This high-energy, strategic sales role is responsible for engaging prospective clients in the SMB healthcare market. You will own the full sales cycle, presenting the value of Relias's solutions to improve clinical and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage your time and territory to maximize sales calls, demonstrations, and closed deals, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements, including detailed demonstrations of education, compliance, clinical solutions, and professional services.
- Prospect for new clients through daily email and phone campaigns.
- Consistently and accurately use Salesforce to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
- Effectively utilize technology to facilitate presentations and client calls.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
- A proven track record of success in sales and cold calling.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare/Hospital industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience selling SaaS software solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Gong a plus.
