The Regional Account Executive will drive sales growth for Tablet Command, Inc. in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions by focusing on fire departments and public safety agencies. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle and promoting the adoption of a mission-critical SaaS platform used in incident command operations.
What You'll Do
- Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and negotiation through signed contracts.
- Build relationships with senior fire service leaders (Fire Chiefs, Incident Commanders, City IT/Procurement) to align Tablet Command’s value with their operational needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate ROI and mission impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Tablet Command at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
- Report accurately on pipeline, forecast, and territory activity using CRM and sales management tools.
