Lola Blankets is looking for a Senior Recruiter to play a critical role in our talent acquisition process. You will be deeply involved in every stage of hiring for complex engineering, business development, and corporate positions, working proactively with hiring managers and candidates to secure top talent.

What You'll Do

Actively engage in the entire recruitment cycle, from job analysis and posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry events to find and attract candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for complex engineering roles, including technical assessments and evaluations.
Collaborate with corporate leaders to identify and recruit top talent for business development and strategic initiatives.
Source and assess candidates for corporate positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
