Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a high-performing Recruitment Partner to build and expand our recruitment division. This role is designed for an experienced recruiter or leader who can develop business independently, bring existing client relationships, and generate revenue immediately.
What You'll Do
- Develop new recruitment business and generate revenue through existing relationships and new client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities to provide permanent and contract recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate recruitment agreements and commercial terms with clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Ensure high standards of service and delivery.
- Develop the recruitment strategy and growth plan for the division.
- After establishing a revenue base, recruit and build a team of recruiters.
- Mentor and manage team members as the division grows.
- Implement best practices, processes, and systems for recruitment delivery.
- Contribute to the long-term growth of the recruitment business.
- Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for expansion.
- Work with company leadership to develop a scalable recruitment business model.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in recruitment business development and client acquisition.
- Experience managing the full recruitment process from client engagement to placement.
- Strong network of industry contacts and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated success in winning and developing recruitment clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a recruitment desk or division.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the broader business strategy.
