Join a healthcare organization in a remote, casual capacity as a Recruiting & Credentialing Administrator. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that nurses and caregivers meet all credentialing and compliance requirements before they are activated for service. You'll work independently to verify professional licenses, confirm certifications including CPR and TB testing, and conduct federal exclusion checks through OIG/GSA databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate nursing and caregiver credentials via official state licensing sources
- Review and track mandatory certifications and compliance documents
- Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations
- Manage digital credential files securely and maintain up-to-date records
- Monitor expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals
- Ensure all documentation is complete prior to system onboarding
- Initiate internal onboarding processes after receiving hiring approval
Qualifications

Work Environment
