Staffing Solutions Home Care Nurses America Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting & Credentialing Administrator for a PRN/casual role. You will manage credential verification and compliance documentation for nurses and caregivers across multiple states, focusing exclusively on ensuring all staff meet required documentation standards before activation.
What You'll Do
- Verify nursing and caregiver licenses through state licensing boards
- Confirm certifications such as CPR, TB testing, and other required credentials
- Conduct OIG/GSA exclusion checks
- Maintain secure digital credential files
- Track expiration dates and send renewal reminders
- Ensure staff documentation is complete before scheduling activation
- Initiate onboarding workflow in internal systems upon hiring authorization

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week
