Key Responsibilities
- Process visa applications, renewals, insurance registrations, employee onboarding, and residency documentation through official Saudi government portals.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining consistency across operations.
- Update and manage digital records in tools like ClickUp, internal CRMs, and spreadsheets with a high standard of accuracy.
- Interact with government platforms including QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad to complete required submissions and track progress.
- Communicate with authorities such as MISA, Ministry of Commerce, MOFA, and the Chamber of Commerce when necessary.
- Improve and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and documentation to support efficient workflows.
- Log work hours accurately and ensure all deliverables are traceable for reporting and audit readiness.
- Identify delays or inefficiencies and take initiative to resolve or escalate appropriately.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust processes to remain compliant.
- Share insights with team members to promote learning and continuous process enhancement.
- Participate in training sessions to build expertise and strengthen professional capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven understanding of HR, PRO, and GRO procedures in the Saudi context.
- Hands-on experience with government digital systems such as QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Strong command of attention to detail, time management, and structured workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM software platforms.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with clear written and verbal communication abilities.
