Role Overview
As a Customer Advocate, you will be the main connection point for clients and visitors, delivering consistent, professional support while upholding high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, managing order-related issues, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer interactions, handling requests related to orders, returns, product details, and discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, and Support to resolve customer needs efficiently
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve customer experience and reduce friction
- Track and analyze customer feedback through surveys, then apply insights to refine service approaches
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, data entries, and resolution steps
- Support HR operations as needed, including scheduling, correspondence handling, and administrative coordination
- Enter and verify sensitive financial and client information with strict attention to confidentiality
- Participate in product evaluations and virtual focus groups to inform service and product improvements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with accuracy
- Proficiency in using computers, tablets, or smartphones with reliable internet access
- Commitment to integrity, discretion when handling confidential data, and follow-through on commitments
- Self-motivated mindset with a tendency to propose improvements and take initiative
Work Environment
