House Buyers of America is seeking a part-time Recruiter on a contract basis to support our growing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting high-quality talent to our organization.
What You'll Do
- Recruit candidates directly through multiple means: cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, and college campuses.
- Screen all candidates through our HR system and maintain it daily to ensure accuracy.
- Hire and manage external search firms to recruit the best talent.
- Train managers and executives on effective networking and recruiting techniques.
- Assist in the selection of new HR technology, corporate training programs, and compensation planning.
- Assist with updating company HR policies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good computer skills.
Nice to Have
- Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience, particularly those pursuing freelancing as a long-term career.
