House Buyers of America is seeking a part-time contract Recruiter to attract high-quality talent for our rapidly expanding company. This 100% remote role averages 20-30 hours per week and involves recruiting across multiple departments, managing external agencies, and assisting with broader HR initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Recruit candidates directly through cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, and other creative methods.
- Maintain a continual pipeline of candidates in all departments to support future company growth.
- Screen all candidates through our HR system and update it daily to ensure accuracy.
- Hire and manage external search firms to recruit talent.
- Train managers and executives on networking and recruiting best practices.
- Assist in selecting new HR technology, corporate training programs, employee development, and compensation planning.
- Assist with updating HR policies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven performance track record.
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good computer skills.
Nice to Have
- Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience, especially those pursuing freelancing as a long-term career.
