We’re seeking a motivated Contract Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This part-time position offers flexibility while playing a key role in building strong talent pipelines across departments. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end sourcing, using proactive outreach, networking, and creative strategies to identify high-potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage talent through cold calling, job fairs, campus events, and digital channels
- Screen applicants and maintain accurate records in the HR system on a daily basis
- Collaborate with external search firms and manage agency relationships as needed
- Train managers and executives on effective recruiting and networking techniques
- Support the development and refinement of HR policies and employee training programs
- Help evaluate HR technology tools, compensation frameworks, and development initiatives
- Ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3–5 years of proven recruiting experience and a track record of successful placements. A Bachelor’s Degree and solid computer proficiency are required. Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting settings is highly valued. Freelance or contract work experience is preferred, especially for those committed to an independent career path.
Work Environment
This is a part-time, remote role requiring 20–30 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on business demands. The position is open to candidates globally, with team members distributed across locations including Medellín, Colombia.
