TensorOps seeks a Recruiter for a contract role focused on sourcing and hiring high-quality talent for our rapidly growing company. You'll handle direct recruiting, manage candidate pipelines, and provide HR support in this part-time, fully remote position.
What You'll Do
- Recruit candidates directly through multiple means, including cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, and college campuses.
- Screen all candidates through the HR system and maintain the system daily to keep it up to date.
- Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
- Train all managers and executives on how to network for and recruit the best talent.
- Assist with updating HR policy.
- Handle additional consulting responsibilities, which may include assisting in selection of new HR technology, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good computer skills.
Nice to Have
- Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience, particularly those who intend to pursue freelancing as a long-term career path.
