CCH Tagetik (Wolters Kluwer) is looking for an Operations Analyst to play a vital role in our operations and supply chain activities. You will support logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and production processes, applying your experience in STM publishing workflows.

What You'll Do

Process orders and support order management activities.
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Contribute to inventory tracking and optimization efforts.
Support warehousing tasks, including packaging and storage.
Participate in demand planning and inventory level analysis.
Assist with basic procurement and purchasing activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards in assigned areas.
Help coordinate production schedules and release processes.
Maintain operational documents and records accurately.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience in STM publishing workflows (submission, peer review, production).
Understanding of order management systems and practices.
Basic knowledge of logistical operations and transportation.
Skills in tracking and optimizing inventory levels.
Familiarity with warehousing processes and procedures.
Ability to support demand planning and inventory analysis.
Understanding of procurement processes and supplier interactions.
Skills in maintaining quality standards and practices.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
