nVent is hiring a Facilities and Maintenance Sr Supervisor to ensure the optimal operation of all building systems. In this role, you will manage maintenance programs, supervise technical staff, develop projects, and drive cost optimization within our innovative and customer-focused culture.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of previous relevant experience.
- Experience in supplier and contractor management.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
- Proven skill in preventive and corrective maintenance management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
