Samsung Electronics America, Inc. was looking for a Key Account Manager

Samsung Austin Semiconductor (SAS), a part of Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA), is hiring a Key Account Manager. You will take full ownership of assigned telecom operator accounts in Estonia, acting as a strategic partner responsible for driving business growth, market share, and sell-out performance in a competitive telco environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop assigned telecom operator accounts with full responsibility for commercial performance.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and initiatives to increase sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, demand management and stock control in close cooperation with internal teams.
  • Initiate and coordinate retail and marketing activities together with Samsung’s marketing team, tailoring campaigns to operator needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and sales data, and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor sell-out performance and propose corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure proper product distribution and visibility in stores, with occasional store visits to validate execution.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and high service quality.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in an international company.
  • Fluent in English and Estonian.
  • Solid understanding of retail and marketing communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and present it clearly.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and follow-up skills.
  • Proactive, goal-driven mindset and ability to perform in a fast-changing environment.
  • Leadership attitude and confidence to challenge clients with new ideas and approaches.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with telecom operators, mobile devices, consumer electronics or similar industries is a strong advantage.

  • Monthly gross compensation of EUR 3,500–3,700.
