TensorOps is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the fast-paced, growth-oriented CEO of a residential real estate investment company. This fully remote position requires high accuracy, attention to detail, and availability outside regular hours to meet critical deadlines.
What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule
- Screen, manage, and respond to emails and incoming communications
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analysis and preparing documentation
- Coordinate adherence to deadlines and completion of special projects, reports, and correspondence
- Plan, organize, and sit in on meetings, reporting back priorities
- Bid out and negotiate pricing and terms for vendors and key resources
- Assist with developing and preparing various reports and schedules
- Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, contracts, reports, and presentations
- Update task management software for key action items
- Compile meeting agendas and minutes as needed
- Read and analyze incoming memos and reports to determine significance
- Prepare responses to routine inquiries
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing and drafting correspondence
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information
- Occasionally interview candidates
- Perform various administrative functions as requested
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of related experience as an executive assistant
- 10+ years of administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills within the MS Office Suite
- Ability to develop client and executive-ready presentations and materials
- Associate’s degree from an accredited university

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
