Talkspace is looking for a Contract Therapist in Minnesota passionate about expanding access to mental healthcare. As an Independent Contract Provider, you’ll work with a diverse client base, enjoying the autonomy and rewards of private practice without administrative burdens.
What You'll Do
- Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
- Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services
- Respond to asynchronous client messages each week in a timely manner
- Complete required clinical documentation after each client session
What We're Looking For
- Current license to practice independently without supervision in Minnesota
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- Individual NPI number
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
- Reliable internet connection and video-capable device
